Since transitioning from urban careers to life on the land, Sam and Steve have embraced farming and stewardship at Narraburra with energy and purpose. Their focus is on showcasing the beauty, character, and stories of the Kooroongarra region through authentic on-farm experiences. From welcoming a diverse range of animals to growing their own fruit, vegetables, and honey, sustainability and care for the land sit at the heart of everything they do.
Their vision extends well beyond the farm gate. Sam and Steve have proudly taken on the stewardship of the local church and helped form a community group to manage the Kooroongarra tennis courts, ensuring these facilities remain accessible and beneficial for locals and visitors alike. With a strong commitment to inclusivity, they continue to enhance Narraburra as a place that brings people together — celebrating rural life while supporting the wider community and the unique region they are proud to call home.
